    • ]]>     Many Windows users using iTunes and AVG, one of the most popular anti-virus software were alerted of a Trojan horse Small.BOG virus today. There is a huge discussion thread on it in the Apple discussion forums.

    Fortunately, you have nothing to worry about. There is no virus in iTunes. AVG has released a definitions update that should take care of this. Update your definitions through AVG and you won’t get this message anymore. Do not try to quarantine the files, this will break your iTunes 8.2.1 install and you will need to reinstall it.

    Update: If you are getting the itunesminiplayer.dll failed to register Error then you need to reinstall iTunes!
