None of the pictures are blurred out, you can clearly see the faces of the people in most of these pictures. Anyone can submit any pictures that they come across to this website. Many people have already found this website funny, and the site has been down frequently due to an excessive amount of hits. The owners are planning to switch to a server that can handle all of the traffic.

According to the website, pictures are on their with permission from the customers (although there’s no way to verify that). I think they should only do this if they have permission from their customers.
