BlackBerry 9700 coming to Bell?

We’ve heard about the BlackBerry 9700 AT&T and BlackBerry 9700 T-mobile models, but a recently posted image on the Howard Forums suggests that the BlackBerry 9700 smartphone will be coming to Bell Mobility in Canada as well.

After looking at the screenshot closely, I can see the model number is HER978KU HSPABB Bold 9700 UNSUBSIDIZE. The person who posted this screenshot, BellCSR mentioned that the BlackBerry Bold LG Xenon, and Samsung T746 are also now on Bell’s inventory.

Palm Pre Available in Canada August 27!

Today Bell Mobility announced on their site that the Palm Pre will be available to Canada on August 27. The Palm Pre will be available in Bell Mobility retail stores for $199.95 with a three-year contract and a minimum 500 MB data plan.

This is a CDMA Palm Pre, not a GSM Palm Pre. We’ll make a post here once a GSM Palm Pre is out. If you live in Canada you can preorder the Palm Pre online at www.bell.ca/pre.
