    Default unlock iphone 3g

    Hi all,

I would like to jailbreak my iPhone with the intention to unlock it (I can't only use it with my Dutch t-mobile sim but am in Spain most of my time). I read there are some issues with 2.2.1 which is my current firmware (baseband 02.30.03). Is jalbreaking still a solution to unlock my iPhone 3G?

    Thanks in advance,
    Tim

You have to downgrade the 2.2 with baseband 2.28.00, restore to 2.2 in itunes, quickpwn with quickpwn 2.2-5 do not check unlock, install cydia, dont check boot logos

    then follow this from bigboss

and i think if you search cydia after jailbreak of 2.2 for downbb, i think that works, then use yellowsnow from what it seems.

NOte this only works with bootloader 5.8 so hopefully you dont have 5.9, hope it helps.
