only negative i see with it that its has to install the device drivers every time it is hooked up then it re-syncs there may be a fix ,maybe with libusb or something any ideas?

if you upgradee to 3.1.2 you will loose the ability to transfer sim contents to the phone from within the phone, you will only be able to sync your phonebook from itunes
|
