So I downloaded QuickPWN and opened up the Rar File. I then unpacked it into it's own folder.
I then DLed the Firmware from the site and ran QuickPWN. When I browsed for the ipsw I found it on my desktop where I saved it at.
The file is: iPod2,1_2.2.1_5H11a_Restore.ipsw
I then selected it. When I did it said it was not supported or corrupt. So I tried "restoring" my ipod and then using the same firmware to run QuickPWN. I'm still having the same issue. I've tried changing the name so it was like _2.2.1_5H11a_Restore.ipsw because under the browse button it says:
Quote:
| The correct IPSW will have the filename beginning with _2.2.1. |
I'm doing it right, except when QuickPWN says it is corrupt.
What can I do to correct this issue?
I am running Vista 64bit.
One other thing of note is that the image of the Ipod Touch that is suppose to be on the left, doesn't show up.
It is plugged and iTunes does see it. I've tried it with both iTunes running and it not running.

Take out the XX and replace with TT so you can see the image of the issue.
