On Wednesday, September 9 Apple will be holding a "Rock and Roll" event where they'll be introducing the new iPod Touch 3rd generation. One of the key rumored features of the new iPod Touch is that it has a camera, and that it will be twice as fast. iTunes 9, and iPhone 3.1 firmware is also expected to be released on September 9.

Now here's a good enough reason to upgrade from a 1G Touch! The camera would be a nice feature, but i'm more interested if it uses the same hardware as the 3GS.
