Iphone repeat restore, Posted 09-14-2009, 12:57 PM #1 (permalink)
Hi

My jailbroken iphone crashed the other day the screen just turned white with the back light on.
When its plugged into the pc and showing on itunes i get the message itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode you must restore before using with itunes .
So that is what i have done the phone goes throu the restore mode and says your iphone has been restored and returned to factory settings but when itunes detects the phone i get the recovery mode screen back up agian it just keeps repeating its self. I have done previous updates and restore with no problem

Thanks Soul65

i had the same issue. what i found out was that my home button was stuck. i replaced it and it was fine after that. So it might be stuck even if your not holding it.
