I succesfully jailbraked my iPhone using QuickPawn several times in the past (OS 2.2, 2.2.1).
Now I upgraded the OS to 3.0 via iTunes.
I tried to jailbrake it with redsn0w-win_0.7.2, the iPhone enters into UDF mode, redsn0w starts some activity, but locks up saying "waiting to reboot...". The screen of the iPhone is completely black and no reboot happens.
Do you have any idea?

what gives??

anyone have a fix.. or at least a reason why?

i jailbroke with Pwnage Tool so i have no problems but i would still like to know

This happend to me when I was on my computer running vista, tried to JB 50 times. Went to my daughter's computer, which is running XP, did it first try! May or may not be an OS problem since I've seen other people on here say they used vista successfully.

ive been having the same problem
im running windows xp and ive tried to jailbreak with redsn0w like 20 times and all it does it sit on waiting for reboot. its really pissing me off because now i cant use my phone. does anyone know what to do or at least why its doing this
