I have upgraded to beta 5 and using latest quickpwn with itunes 8.2.0.10 to upgrade my iphone 3G. After upgrade and during jailbreak, i haven't tick the activate button. When jailbreak complete, and my phone restart, it brings to the slide button with emergency call only. so i just ignore it and use the iphonebrowser 1.8.1 and tried to go to System>Library>Core Services> folder. However when i connect my iphone and run the iphonebrowser. the program terminate with itunesmobiledevice.dll error.
Could you help me ? please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem all i did was used diskaid and deleted the jailbreak.log in the media folder (first view when open Iphone browser).

quickpwned it again and it worked could then use iphone browser to edit .plist file

Restarted computer and iphone opened itunes then connected phone done activated.

I just went to os 3.0 at about 6am.. so I hope they release the new tools to jail break and get cydia in soon.. I don't care about unlocking .. I like at$t .. don't like their price schemes but other than that 3g is so fast.. and the iphone is definately one of a kind.. I do onsite computer work and use Mocha Vnc to connect to clients machines to do quick fixes when im not close by.. Its definately Great!!!...

msg me back guys..
