I recently read at QuickPwn site that GV Mobile is available at Cydia but when I do the search (at Cydia) entering "GV Mobile" nothing appears.
Do I need to add some source to Cydia? or do anything else?

well it did not work, and i did not ask to add a repo
all i did is i did search gv app, and it found it and installed it and works perfect over wifi and data network , i am on t-mobile using 3g that all

ya modmyi should already be in cydia by default so ya shouldnt need to add it unless you deleted it. GV app works great for those wondering.
