I am using Iphone 3G 16G with Firmware 2.2.1

i seems cannot use any mp3 song as my ring tone.

is there any application that can help me use my mp3 song as my ringtone/sms tone?

i don't think theres a way but u can look on cydia or google

yes you can cut 30 second clip of an mp3 convert to AAC then change file extension to m4r import into itunes this will then be added to your ringtones.
