Okay so normally when your phone goes tits up you can just recover everything through iTunes pretty easily. What about if the reverse happens?

My computer had a virus and I ended up wiping it out 100% Now when I go to sync it says that all information on my iPhone will be lost - I want everything from my iPhone to go back into iTunes - how do I do this?

I've also tried manually dragging songs from my iPhone in iTunes to the Music section of the computer but it will not work
