downgrade back to 3.0 if your on at&t don't worry about the baseband
download 3gs 3.0 firmware
http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....1_Restore.ipsw

Now put your phone into DFU mode

hold power and home for 10 seconds
release power and contiune to hold home till your computer beeps
release home

now restore to 3.0 you might get some errors but most likely 3.0 has been restored depending on error number.

it will be stuck at your phones in recovery mode pls restore it blah blah
fire up geohot's program and make it rain.

your cell now shows his picture and wait it will reboot and active and is now usable again with 3.0 and you will see freeze on the springboard

mad props to the teams.
They put in all the hard work for us if you can donate any amount to them its always nice. Alot of hard work goes into these kinda things let them know you are greatful for it

Question
-----------
I do have one question about the iBSS stuff,
I grabbed the ECID and used geo's site to create the file but I only see one file and some posts talk about 2?
do I need to catch these files in a restore process from iTunes before they get deleted or is the file generated from geo's site all I need for the furture JB's?
