I jIL brake my i touch is been good for about 2 months and now i have this wird screen i cant get it out from there the holding down power and home key dont work i try to use itunes to restore the itouch and freezes i get a screen with a man at the end that says npebea with glases then it shuts of and i turn it on stays like that for a cople a minutes with the pineapple then it goes to that men screen and shuts of what do i do?

turn off device , press home button and connect to itunes
klik restore ( download ipsw for your ipod )
try that

Make sure you click shift and restore and choose the appropriate ISPW file that you are running

I have a first gen ipod touch and I was runing the 2.1 update before I jailbrake the device I try just going to itunes and click restore but it does the restoration and a the end it just freezes, I left it like that for a whole day see if it goes throug at this point I have try all this and I don't why still like hat, where I download ISPW and what is that u guys think I can fix the dives with that?

If Itunes is not restoring the device then there is a problem with your version of Itunes. Try uninstalling Itunes and reinstalling it. Here is a link for the site that has all the ISPW firmware for ALL Apple Devices.
