I updated my 1G iPod Touch to 3.0 with itunes and now when I lock it, it turns off after a while and when I try to turn it on it has no battery. Can somebody help me?

I have 1G with 3.0 and no problems..... You might want to redo the jailbreak....
If you did the jailbreak recently using IE8 you may want to load Firefox and download files and retry jailbreak.

Try turning off "Push" notifications.

I didn't jailbreak my ipod. I will try turning off push notifications and let you know if it works
