Hi all,

I've got an iphone 3g version 3.0 and i've been trying to change the background for sms texting page. My phone had been jailbreaked today and i've just changed the theme to the star trek one and it orks realy well but, I've been following a vid on youtube about changing the sms background and bubbles. I've tried 4 different ones now from cydia, I go into winterboard and check them but it's not working. Every one I try doesn't work the background and bubbles are still the same. Has anyone any ideas why?

I had that same problem until I downloaded the Family Guy bubbles . . . it didn't work, but I accidentally turned my phone off ( powered off completely ) and then turned it back on and the next time I looked it was working . . .

so I suggest you try powering your phone off and then restarting it.

Check to see that they are 3.0 ready. The new version places them in different folders.
