I've been looking through the apps on Cydia and haven't found this one (yet).. I think this is a really great app, if it hasn't already been done...

Problem: its a pain when your friends send you PIX without realizing that you're using this awful handicapped iPhone that doesnt do PIX...

Solution: An app that will scour your inbound TXT messages and show you a listing of all your TXTs that are from AT&T that says "someone tried to send you a pix message, go to the viewmymessage site to view your message. use this username/password"

The app would take that login information and go to the viewmymessage website and scrape the HTML code that they send once you log in. In that mess of html code, there is the actual URL for the picture (it begins with /usertempdir/).

The app should then access that URL and save it to your Photos (or something).
