are there any apps that show the percentage left in the top right corner? i have a freind that has something where he touches the bettery and it turns inot a percentage sign.

Well you could ask your friend what it's called. lol

but, there is an app SBSettings, get it from cydia. After it installs, to open the app you need to swipe your finger accross the TOP of the screen, go to more, then go to extras & options and toggle the Numeric battery.

hes running 2.2 firmware or whatevr is below the 3.0 thats why i figured it wouldnt work or of course id just tell him to do it. but i dont wanna downgrade

Go to cydia and type in battery and percent together, there should be one that has a long name. Hopefully u have all sources.
