I had one experience where this a**hole had his speakers all the way up, and when a big bass note hit, his speakers blew. That was one funny sh!t!

Doesn't really matter.
The people I have to deal with think they are "gangster", though. They don't even have the nice sterio systems, they just drive around for hours in a small neighborhood. It's worse when it's late at night though.

I feel ya man. My old neighbourhood was like that, couldn't sleep nice at all.

I'll tell you what I did, I went to the Pilot Truck Stop and bought a GIANT 100 million candle power qbeam flash light, Imean this thing turns night into day, and when they drive by with the music blaring I just qbeam the driver right in the face, That scares the heck out of them. they think its the cops..LOL they never stop blaring the music but at least I get something out of it...
