If you are in USA .. you need to turn off your 3G ... Settings .. General .. Network .... 3G - turn it OFF ...
Then that's the time you can install Ultrasn0w.... try to restore again and then jailbreak ... TURN OFF 3G ... add the repo of UltraSn0w then install ulstrasnow ... i hope this helps
