iPad 2 Apple Even Live Announcement

Apple will be holding a special event tomorrow March 2 where they will be announcing a new Apple iPad 2. Many rumors point towards the iPad 2 getting a front camera, a back camera, and a slimmer design. There are also rumors of  Apple announcing iOS 5 and demoing features of it.

Don't get too excited about the iPad 2. The IPad 3 is the major upgrade.

The iPad is a Minor update, it will be seen as a major update by some general consumers

If the rumored specifications are accurate then it will be sufficient and adequate enough for most enthusiasts.

More importantly; Will Apple and more retail chains be offering trade in credit on older versions as the technology pace quickens on newer product versions?

One thing I really think needs to be brought to the forefront is when will the Ipad be a stand alone device?

Apple opened the door yet intended the Ipad to be a computer accessory...its time to walk through and make it a stand alone device or simply be left to the wayside by other competitors.
