Apple September 2010 Live Event: New iPod touch Announced!
Apple announced a new iPod touch during their live music event. The new iPod touch is thinner, has a front and rear camera, and a retina display. A lot of our users complained last year when Apple announced a new iPod touch without camera last year, let us know how you feel in the comments now!
One of the big features of the iPod touch besides the camera on the front and back is the retina display. iPod touch users will also be able to use FaceTime to video chat with iPhone or iPod touch users. HD Video recording is also included on the new iPod touch.
The new iPod touch can be pre-ordered from Apple.com today and it will be out next week. Anyone getting it?

Wow omg!
This touch is just…evrything?!
I still have my 1G touch, 16G… Headphone jack is broken, pixels dont work anymore, home-button broken… So 2 months ago I bought a nano! Oh Gosh you dont know how happy I am with that nano, cause the new one looks just like a mini touch with as much as functions as my nano!
But I really want such an iPod touch 4th Gen! If you’re gonna test it and dont need it anymore, I really really can use that iPod, even when its 8G!
THEY LAUNCHED IPOD TOUCH BECAUSE THEIR IPHONE HAD SIGNAL PROBLEM AND THE IPHONES ARE NOW CONVERTED TO IPOD TOUCH AND BEING SALED
THEY WILL PROBABLY COME UP WITHA BETTER BODY DESIGN OF IPHONE……..
No and more no… apple sucks but their not that stupid in fact their marketing geniuses… you can’t even speak english and you just made that up… like as you were typing that… no tech site I’ve ever seen has heard that rumour… new ipod touch has completely different design and is WAY thinner then an iphone 4… the internals of both are different seeing as the iphone 4 is made of antenna… whereas ipod does not have an antenna… lol they are being “saled” and they are not coming out with a new iphone until next summer I’d guess with the iphone 4s lol or w.e they’ll call it
