Verizon Users Really Want an iPhone, According to Surveys

Verizon iPhone

Many Verizon Wireless customers around the US, must be hoping the latest iPhone-to-Verizon rumors are true. According to a research done by ChangeWave Research, 53% of non-ATT customers are likely to buy a Verizon iPhone.

Verizon is not the only carrier that users want the iPhone to be available on. The research done by ChangeWave Research also shows that 44% of Sprint/Nextel and 39% of T-Mobile subscribers are likely to buy an iPhone if it is available through their carriers.

The findings in this study should give Apple a good enough reason to offer their upcoming iPhone 4G phone on Verizon. The study done by ChangeWave Research also shows the following information:

  • 49% of Verizon Wireless customers are very satisfied, while only 23% of AT&T customers are very satisfied.
  • AT&T customers had more dropped calls than Verizon customers.
