Verizon iPhone Release Date and iPhone 4G 4.0 OS Launch

The Verizon iPhone Release Date is getting closer, it could be 2010, 2011, or 2012. All we know is that in 2010 there will at least be an iPhone 4G. If AT&T and Apple’s exclusive contract has ended, then we could see the iPhone on Verizon Wireless as early as this year. By looking at comments on our other posts, it’s evident that many Apple fans would be happy to see a Verizon iPhone.

iPhone 4G is the fourth generation iPhone that Apple is launching in summer. Various blogs throughout the web have leaked images of it already. Features of this iPhone 4G won’t be a surprise to anyone who has been reading the latest iPhone headlines on the web. We know that the iPhone 4G will have a web camera on the front for video chat, and Apple will also release the iPhone 4.0 software download with it in June. The World Wide Developers Conference is being held from June 7-11, and that’s when Apple is announcing the new iPhone.

Apple will see a lot of fierce competition from Google, before they launch their new iPhone. First, the HTC Droid Incredible currently available on Verizon is a really good alternative to the iPhone. Next, Sprint is gearing up to launch their HTC EVO 4G on June 4. The HTC EVO 4G has more power than iPhone and really puts the iPhone to shame, because of it’s awesome hardware and specs.
