Verizon iPhone Not in 2010, Spirit Jailbreak, HTC Evo 4G and 4.0 iPhone 4G
The Verizon iPhone phone is not coming in 2010, if the latest speculation by a Wall Street analyst, Brian Marshall is true. According to Marshall, AT&T may have made an iPad 3G deal with Apple in exchange for having their exclusivity period renewed until 2011. We know how analysts love to create rumors about Apple products so don’t count out a Verizon iPhone on the Verizon Wireless network in 2010 just yet. The Spirit Jailbreak download was also released recently, and the Spirit Jailbreak download works for iPhone 3.1.3, iPad 3.2, and iPod touch 3.1.3 software. It can easily jailbreak all iDevices using a userland exploit in Apple’s firmware. Apple can easily patch this exploit in their next update.
The iPhone 4G will be announced during Apple’s annual Worldwide Developer conference. The conference is being held from June 7-11. Features that will be added in the iPhone 4G include a webcam, iPhone OS 4.0 software, and video chat. The iPhone 4G competitor, HTC Evo 4G is also rumored to be launching on Sprint a day before Apple’s conference.
