HTC EVO 4G on Sprint is the First 4G Based Mobile Network in the US
The HTC EVO 4G phone on Sprint is the first 4G based mobile network in the US. This phone is Sprint’s replacement for the Nexus One. It runs on Google’s Android 2.1 operating system. With 4G speeds and the ability to be a hotspot, there is no need for a wireless broadband card when you have the HTC EVO 4G.
The HTC EVO 4G has a 4.3″ screen. It also has a 1.3 mega-pixel video camera on the front, which can allow video chat. The default video chat software on the HTC EVO 4G is powered by Qik, which is a popular online live stream platform. The HTC EVO 4G also has a 8.0 mega-pixel camera on the back, so it can take videos and pictures that are as good as your camcorder.
With the HTC EVO 4G, Sprint customers will need to pay an additional $10 premium regardless of whether or not they use 3G or 4G. This is because Sprint expects HTC EVO 4G customers to use A LOT of data, and it’s right of them to think like this because the HTC EVO 4G is a really powerful phone.
June 4 is the day the HTC EVO 4G will be released. This is a week before Apple will be announcing their new iPhone 4G phone. The HTC EVO 4G has a $199.99 price tag after a $100 mail-in rebate. The mail-in rebate can be avoided by ordering from Best Buy.
