What I hope to see in Apple’s new iPhone
The new iPhone will be announced in about two months. The photo above is a hardware prototype of the new iPhone 4G with iPhone OS 4.0 software.
Right now I primarily use a Droid as my phone because it’s available on Verizon. The iPhone is available only on AT&T, and unless Apple offers it on Verizon or some other carrier I may not be switching. I hope to see Apple launch a Verizon iPhone at least this year, or the next.
I also want to see Apple adding a good 8.0 megapixel camera with 720p. This is because the HTC Evo 4G already has this, and it looks like a decent phone. I hope the prototype hardware design above is not the final design, because if it is then it sure looks ugly. Apple needs to hire HTC or some other company to create them a well designed phone.

Apple has no peer re designing elegant devices. The prototype looks a bit clunky they will not show the final product until just prior to release. It’s likely that they will ditch AT&T as sole vendor of the iPhone as they would be leaving alot of money on the table I have seen unlocked jailbroken iPhones that work on Verizon right now
