Verizon iPhone release date, new iPhone, and iPhone 4G 4.0 update

The new iPhone hardware prototype was leaked last week, and the photo up there is one of the many photos that Gizmodo posted along with a video of the new iPhone 4G. Analysts estimate that Apple will launch a Verizon iPhone this year.

The Verizon iPhone may be possible in June, but if not then there will at least still be a new iPhone 4G this year because of the prototype we saw. The prototype was confirmed to be real, because law enforcement raided a Gizmodo editor’s house and stole a server and computer, and Apple also sent Gizmodo a legal letter and got their iPhone 4G prototype back from them. The iPhone 4G prototype is not a Verizon iPhone, but it’s just a prototype so the final iPhone 4G may be a Verizon iPhone once it’s released.
