The more Apple come up with bullshit reasons for dropping apps and not excepting em the easier they make it for the monopoly commission to build a case against them.
If microsoft had a hard time yrs ago when they were prosecuted by competition laws with netscape i hate to see how many companys are gonna go after Apple.

The only decent thing to come from it is Apple are making it easier for other phone companies to take over.
If you keep adding more rules on developers eventually they gonna turn to other more better, free and open to inovation companies.

I am desparate for Flash on my iPhone 3G. I have updated the firmware to 3.1.3, and I believe that I need to jailbreak my phone to have the Flash capabilities.
