BlackBerry messenger outage


Research in Motion (RIM) has made a blog post about the BlackBerry outage that occurred yesterday. They are saying that a flaw in  BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) versions  5.0.0.55 and 5.0.0.56 caused database issues within the BlackBerry instructure. They have also apologized for the inconvenience caused to lots of BlackBerry users yesterday.

RIM has also released BlackBerry Messenger version 5.0.0.57. If you are a BlackBerry user, it is recommended that you update to the latest version. You can download the BlackBerry messenger by going to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrymessenger.

Do they test their stuff before releasing them?
Cause its like the 5th ot 6th time something with blackberry has happened this year.
