i am trying to install 32-bit onto 32-bit… any ideas why this is? i appreciate all tips and help i can get.

I am waiting for my backup DVD but they totally suck at the DigitalRiver store. They keep telling me that its en-route even though i told them that its been more than 4-14 bus.days.
