Apple’s buy a Mac, get a free iPod Touch (college students only) promotion is ending soon. If you’re thinking about buying a Mac, decide now. Tomorrow is the last day Apple will be giving a free iPod Touch with Mac purchases. Not sure how this works? Follow the steps below.

How to get a free iPod Touch with the purchase of a Mac

1.  Buy a Mac online from the Apple Store for Education.

2. Add an iPod Touch to your cart at the same time. You can choose the 8 GB or 16 GB, but the 16 GB will cost you $70 (after rebates).

3. Pay for your iPod Touch and Mac.

4. Go to Apple.com/promo to claim your rebate.

It’s really simple! I’ve filled out a rebate on Apple.com before and it’s easy. This rebate is only beneficial if you are planning on buying a Mac. If you want an iPod Touch, I recommend you wait until September 9. Apple will be announcing the iPod Touch 3rd Generation on that day.
