It is not illegal at all. Its not agenst the law or anything. You bought it, the iPod is your property not Apples property. The only thing they own is the warrenty, so doing this would void the warranty, but it’s not agenst any written law.
The only thing illegal is to download and play ROMS though. but thats it, but nobody cares about them really.

when i try to install quickpwn on my computer it says the application failed to install properly (0xc0000135). click ok to terminate the application what do i do? can some one please help me?

i have encountered a problem. i jailbroke my ipod touch 1g and updated it to version 2.2 then i jailbroke it using qwk pwn. There was an app called Catagories that i downloaded through cydia and i put many of my apps in folders using that app Catagories. I then updated my ipod to v. 2.2.1 which unjailbroke it. I now cannot access the apps i had in folders. I also tryed eraseing all the apps off of my ipod and then placing them back on and that didnt work. Is there a way to access these apps? or will i have to jailbrake my ipod again? or will i ever be able to access them even if i jailbrake my ipod and then download Catagories? help would be much appreciated
