Firmware 2.2 download links

For those who want to upgrade to Firmware 2.2 without jailbreaking their iPhone or iPod Touch, I’ve posted the download links here.

Remember to update to firmware 2.2 all you need to do is:
1. Launch iTunes
2. Click update and choose your firmware 2.2 IPSW file
3. iTunes will take care of the rest! :)

If you want to restore to firmware 2.2 or another firmware all you need to do is:
1. Launch iTunes
2. Shift-click Restore for Windows users and option-click restore for Mac users
3. Choose your .IPSW file that you want to restore to
4. iTunes will do the rest!

    hi i jailbroke phone on quickpwn n says unlock but when try sim card justsays not a compatible sim card carrier how do i sort this please help

    im trying to jb and ipod touch 1st gen 2.2.1 and when i click the links to DL the firmware i keep getting no matter what site im getting ti from
