Jailbreak iPod Touch 2.1 GUI version!
In my previous post I posted a jailbreak which required a lot of work. This jailbreak for iPod Touch 2.1 is completely GUI based. Just run the .exe after uncompressing the zip file and follow the on-screen instructions. It couldn’t get any simpler than this! :)

My timer when it says “release the power button and continue holding the home buttton for 30 seconds” it always stops at 22 or 23? am i doing something wrong? some one help please

it says,”unhandled exception has occured…”when i click next in “preparing to PWN” WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!!!!!
I have an ipod touch and I’m running windows vista. When I run quickpawn I get to the last step where it says wait while your ipod is preparing to jailbreak, then it justs stays stuck and I get an error about unable to recignize usb device. I did a google searc for this particular error and I’m still having problems if anyone can help, my email is dylectical@gmail.com … Thanks

the jailbreak for the 2nd gen itouch is not out yet or at least thats what i think…so for all of u who dont get the next button after u browse the firmware, its because quickpwn cant recoginze 2.1.1 firmware….cheers

I too am itching for it, but I don’t have 1 50th the technical skills of these guys so I am happy to wait and look forward to the release if and when it comes.

Hi I congratulate those that are trying to help bods like me who do not have the skills to deal with this prob. Thank you I am a new kid on the block.
Any idea why everytime i jalibreak my ipod touch 2.1 everything works fine at first. I install themes only. I download my paid for and free apps from appstore. After changing themes, it gets slow then, freezes, then keeps rebooting, then stay in recovery mode.
where is the ipsw on widows vista?
