   Ok I have a iphone 3G with 2.1. I downloaded QuickPwn and ran it, it got to teh point where it says the software has been installed and the iPhone is rebooting, but all it does is reboot, display teh apple logo, vibrate, shut off then reboot to teh apple logo, vibrate and it just goes over and over like this…anyone know what it is doing?

   yes mine was like that too. the reason is because its bugged.

   you probably downloaded the wrong version of quickpwn.

   To fix this you got to put your iphone on DUF mode and connect to pc and restore using 2.0.1 software update.

   there are videos on youtube telling u how to de-bug your iphone.

   I had my 2.1 firmware jail broken and set how I wanted it then installed a buggy copy of springboard, which crashed my phone so I had to restore to stock fw which I was having trouble jail breaking again even after several methods. This release worked like a charm plug in,wait a minute, put into DFU mode, wait a minute and your done. Thank you quickpwn!

   Hi everyone,

   I have the first Iphone and I was able to jailbreak it to 2.1. Everything works out fine except that don’t have t-mobile working. What can I do? I did jailbreak it with the t-mobile sim card in it.

    im stuck at number 9, the apple logo appears steady and not doing anything, i clicked on diskaid and it says iphone is not connected. My iphone is connected! what is wrong with my first gen iphone!!

    just upgraded to firmware 2.1 from 2.0 on a 1st gen iPod Touch.

    Ran the GUI version of the Windows QuickPwn with no problems at all. did get a white screen briefly but sorted that out by holding the Power and Home buttons till it rebooted.

    Great work guys!! Keep one step ahead of Apple!!

    It says that the firmware installed on my ipod touch is not supported by quickpwn..what can I do to fix that so i can go through the entire process?

    Do I need a special sim card? I have tmobile.. do i need to trim my card to better fit?
    I have a 3g 2.1, will it work after jailbroken right away, do i need to do any other steps?

    After downloading both Pwnage and Quickpwn 2.2 and running either of them I get the following error when I select my phone model (which is the EDGE or 2g iPhone, not the 3G): “the firmware installed on your phone is not supported by quickpwn” What am I doing wrong? I already pwnd my phone to the 2.1 before and all I want to do is get the 2.2 installed on it now. PLEASE HELP!

    when i do it i finish all the steps then it says ihaz finished and im told my ipod will reboot but it just stays on the screen with the pineapple and dosent do anything at all and itunes wont work HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

    hey PLEASE HELP i want to uninstall quickpwn o my iphone 2g or the original iphone and i reset it and now its stuck on the startup screen with the pineapple and it wont do any thing HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

    I have a First Gen iphone and use Mac OS It was jailbroken well with zibri. However I updated to 2.2 firmware using iTunes and then used quickpwn in an attempt to jailbrake. Everything worked except I have no ability to make or receive phone calls or texts. I get no bars on the top left signal indicator. Was instructed to upload bootneuter but after uploading it just freezes (even with the autolock off). Any ideas? OK to respond to my email. bistmont@hotmail.com
