ok So my 1st Gen I phone has been restored on Itunes with ver. 2.0.2_5C1.
When I run QuickpwnRC3, if I select this image as the one to use it never goes to the green arrow. It only does if I select 2.0.1_5B108. If I use that one it locks at the Pineapple. What am I doing wrong??

i had no problem using QuickPwn RC3 to pwn my 2g iphone with 2.0.2 version.
now i would like to unlock it to use different carrier. i understand that i need to verify the bootloader version to do that, but i don’t find a way to do it. i tried already to install the BBInfo through the Installer, but i keep getting the error “Bad URL”.
just install .netframework from microsoft website and you wont get any install errors.
Yes itunes should be running in order for it to work.
Make sure you pay attention to the prompts as you need to put ito DFU mode.

Hi, after upgrading my iphone (2.5G) to v2.2 and jail breaking it, everything is working fine except for Bluetooth. I repeated the process a couple of times and still have the same issue. Anyone else is seeing this problem? is there a fix for it yet? thanls.
I am having a Problem with Iphone3g 2.2 firmware. On Rogers Canada Iphone.
I have tried with itunes open and closed.
I open quickpwn
I recognizes firmware
It lets me get all the way to the step where It says putting iphone into recovery mode, and stops. It never gets to the point to hold the home button down. The screen on the iphone just goes to the "USB —-> Itunes" screen.
After that I have to put it into ANOTHER pc to restore the phone. Itunes on this PC will not even recognize the phone is plugged in after this.
I have tried multiple times with the exact same result.
I did have over a dozen free apps installed and 4 gigs of music when this happened.
I am going to try to restore…..and not sync. I will recover my Iphone, and not sync and try again.

I just posted about the iphone3g not jailbreaking above this post. Well when I restored, and did not install any apps before jailbreaking it worked great.
