    “How do i locate /etc/”

you might not want to mess with ssh … better yet, you might want to put down your iphone/ipod touch if you are asking this question…

    “How do i locate /etc/”

It is in the private folder which is the main folder.

ex. when you log into the /root folder it is /private/var/root

If you had the Apple Killswitch turned off, make sure to put this line back into the host file.

    127.0.0.1 iphone-services.apple.com

dows anyone have the stock host file (unmodified). This host file seems to be messing up my categories app.

Pottyvick, its not the Hosts file that is messing up the categories app, its the Categories app developer who decided to be an ass and forced his app to shut down when it detects that you are trying to block ads (on his illegal app.)

XD I just deleted the Categories app. It wasn’t that groundbreaking anyway and I could EASILY live without it. The fact that pages actually LOAD now is well worth the sacrifice.
