Hey anyone know if and or when the 2g jb for touches is coming out
Someone from the dev team (musclenerd) released a demo video of the first itouch 2nd Generation jailbreak on Qik. The demo shows how a patch called redsn0w is used to eliminate jailbreak detection on the itouch 2g which it does and is very successful (by now this demo video is all over the net). The only problem is as soon as the itouch is removed from the computer it realises that it is jailbroken and shuts down. The person in the video says they are currently working on a user friendly program that will do the highly complicated work that they are doing for you and will also be able to be removed from the computer. He also says that they will not release an ETA (release date) because when they did for yellowsn0w it crowded the servers on the last day of last year therefore we will just have to wait. So any release dates you see on the net are fake just keep checking the net for a redsn0w download each day (BTW yellowsn0w was released 9 days after its demo video was released).
the program downloaded as zip how do i work it if i have windows vista??
BETOJR after downloading it extract the folder and run the exe file. Follow the instructions in the setup and it should be very easy.
ok… so i downloaded QuickPwn and then i did all the steps. I downloaded the firmware and everything, On the step hold the Home Button for 30 seconds… I did. And this happened multiple times. At 15 seconds, my computer goes to a blue screen (not the blue screen of death) and then in a few seconds restarts. I tried uninstalling QuickPwn and the same thing happened. I have Windows Vista and I have a iPod Touch 1G. Please help me.

i downloaded quick pwn and i jailbroke my iphone than i restored it so i could go to the apple store and get my email fixed but now it will not let me jailbreak it again PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I just downloaded the 2.2.1 for the iphone 3g, not nowing that there was quick pwn for my phone. Does anyone know if there is going to be a unlock for this version? I really would like to use this but can’t due to the up grade. All of my friends that have the unlock on their phones really like it alot. So if someone know of the unlock for the new version please let me know.
I downloaded it in version 2.2, but now that 2.2.1 came out it wont work, and i need it because I downloaded “poof” and now some of my apps are missing please tell me why i cant download cydia!!! i have the iphone 2g
can you not install the installer?, just run quickpwn and reinstall for back up, poof will be wiped of so it wont have control over hiding any apps.to get poof you need to jailbreak and install cydia and installer, or iether one. then find a repo list online and install some repos. you shouldnt nedd to do the repo bit as both 3rd party installers have already all the main repos installed in them. the will go online and download all that is needed..

You need to download the Microsoft .NET framework in order to run QuickPWN. Get it from this link.
i got that too and figured out what the problem is you have to install .net framework to get the quickpwn to work.

Search Google for dotnetfx.exe, download and install that because you need the .NET framework in order to run QuickPWN.
my ipod wont turn on, can someone help!!
My buddy had the same problem on her iPhone. Try holding the Power button down for at least 1-2 mins and release it. then after 2 seconds, press the power button back quickly. This worked for her. I hope it’d work for u too.
help…..got error that it detected a ipod when i have myiphone connected but it still downloaded like it meant to but now it wont do anything it just got the apple logo there n keeps vibrating on me
